Above Eleven Phnom Penh à Phnom Penh

Above Eleven Phnom Penh sits in Phnom Penh and draws a steady crowd of locals, expats and visitors. Expect japanese, peruvian and bar on the menu. It sits at the upmarket end of the scale, so it works best for a treat or a special evening. Diners have left it a 4.8 average from 30 reviews, and the praise is consistent rather than a one-off spike. It is open every day, you can call ahead on +855 87 808 333, and there is a website at https://aboveeleven.com/phnom-penh/ for the full menu. A solid option to have in your back pocket.
