KOI Thé Chroy Chongva à Phnom Penh

KOI Thé Chroy Chongva sits in Phnom Penh and draws a steady crowd of locals, expats and visitors. It is an all-rounder rather than a one-trick place. Prices are reasonable for the area. It holds a 5.0 rating across over 201 reviews, which is a solid sign for somewhere that is not trying to be fancy. Hours are not always fixed, so a quick check before heading over saves a wasted journey. A solid option to have in your back pocket.
