Set in Phnom Penh, Suzy - Time Café has become one of the neighbourhood's dependable coffee stops. It is the kind of place you end up returning to rather than seeking out once, and it tends to stay busy without feeling rushed.
You will find french here. Prices stay friendly, which is a big part of why people keep coming back. The room is built for sitting a while, so it works as easily for a slow breakfast as for an afternoon with a laptop.
With 6 reviews and a 4.8 score, the feedback is steady and mostly about the food and the welcome. The reviews that stand out tend to mention the same two or three dishes and the service, which is a better signal than the number alone.
Phnom Penh is compact enough that you can pair this with a museum, a market or the riverfront in the same afternoon.
Getting here is straightforward by tuk-tuk or a ride-hailing app; give the driver the name and the area rather than a street number, which is how most people navigate in Cambodia. Fares for a ride like this are low by most standards, and agreeing the price or using the app rate up front avoids the usual haggle at tourist-heavy spots.
It is open every day. Lunchtime and early evening are the safe windows; later in the night some places wind the kitchen down before the listed closing time. One to keep on the list for your next trip across town.
It is open every day. Typical hours are 08:30 to 19. Hours can change on holidays, so check before a long trip across town.
Prices are friendly and it is good value for the area.

I'D GIVE THIS CAFE 10 STARS OUT OF 5, IF I COULD. Please support this establishment as it deserves every $$$. Everything was great! Free snacks, great variety of drinks, cozy environment, toilet was clean and great. The music is not too loud. Staff was amazing, helpful and attentive. 5 minutes into closing time and they still did my drink! I was told you can visit both Suzy cafe at the same day, without any charge [although why would anyone do that? 😂 But still kind of them to inform me] A tip tho - although I believe, there's enough seats, the best seats with the plug are limited so just

Omg. What a lifesaver! My hotel Wifi failed on the day I had an important call. Decided to hop down to this working cafe. The space was large and empty on a Tuesday afternoon. I spend four hours there. Worked, called, printed documents. Had …

I so LOVE this place. Today is my first visit to this, the BKK1 branch on St. 63. (I am a moderate regular at the BKK3 branch on St. 350.) Great choices for beverages and cookies! Plus I get my small printing jobs completed. All included in the TIME price. ... you pay for the time you spend here, $2 for the first hour and no more than $5 for all day. Great indoor AND outdoor seating. Lots of opportunities to get your work done. I wonder where my favorite spot will be here. #JVOsJourney #WhereInPhnomPenhIsTeacherJessica

This place is absolutely fantastic. I second the earlier poster who wished they could give 10 stars. I worked remotely from Cambodia for the last 3 years and tried probably dozens …

Coffee is average but nice variety of creative, bottomless teas & drinks. I love the lemonade with less sugar. The whole concept is really smart. The servers do a good job. Quiet & comfy & cute workspace. If you need to chat, you can sit outside with fans and pretty greenery. Will definitely be back regularly for work.
