A good date night in Siem Reap does not need to be elaborate. The city works best when you combine one strong dinner with one other thing: cocktails, a show, spa time or a sunset drink.

Best for a serious dinner

Cuisine Wat Damnak, Embassy and Malis all fit a special evening, but in different ways. I would choose tasting menu, refined Khmer or polished à la carte depending on how formal you want the night to feel.
