If you only know Siem Reap as cheap beer and Pub Street, the cocktail scene is better than you might expect. The strongest bars are usually smaller, quieter and a few streets away from the loudest part of town.
Miss Wong Cocktail Bar
Miss Wong is still one of the easiest recommendations for a polished Siem Reap cocktail night. The atmosphere is intimate, making it a much better date-night choice than the main Pub Street strip.

BAR43 is one of the places I would choose if the drink itself matters. It suits a slower evening and works especially well for one or two serious cocktails rather than a full party night.
